What’s Next for the Hudson Rail Yards?
April 2nd, 2008 at 2:08 pm

Wednesday, March 26, 2008, the MTA selected developer Tishman Speyer to build a multi-billion dollar project at the site of the Hudson Rail Yards. The entire complex, which would include housing, office space, and a new park, would be bigger than Rockefeller Center. But given the state of the economy, can we expect construction to start anytime soon? On NY Voices, Rafael Pi Roman interviews Richard Ravitch, former MTA Chairman and finance expert, about the likelihood that this project will go forward and the outlook for other large development projects in the city.

This segment originally aired on April 1, 2008.
