NOW on PBS explored how the Texas congressman Ron Paul and his supporters used the Internet to attract voters—and massive campaign contributions—from across the political spectrum back in December 2007. This week, as Republicans gather in St. Paul to rally behind John McCain at the Republican National Convention, as many as 12,000 thousand supporters of Ron Paul, gathered at his “counter convention,” on Tuesday, The Los Angeles Times reported.
