See the winning caption from NOW’s political cartoon contest, “Stating Their Case,” and put your own words to their all-new May election cartoon– “Welcome to Electoral College.” You may win a NOW DVD. See the official rules. If you can’t think of a witty caption, then stop thinking, and count all of the windows in the picture. Go back to the caption challenge, and give it your best shot!
