Overwhelmed by the fact that tomorrow she will see for the first time in 24 years, Molly must make a hard decision while at dinner with her boyfriend Jacob.

Based on the novel by Julio Cortazar, using techniques closer to poems than traditional narratives, the film is a meditation on the fragility of love; the possibility of emotional sympathy and connection; and the inevitability of isolation and separation.
